Rules for using PayNTrack

These terms apply when you create a demo account, use the platform, manage company records, or subscribe to paid services.

Account responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of your company information, user access, roles, permissions, transactions, invoices, expenses, and other records entered in your account.

Trial and subscription

Demo accounts may include a trial period based on the selected plan. After the trial ends, access can be paused until the subscription payment is completed and confirmed.

Payments

Payments may be handled through available methods such as Raast QR or PayFast. Manual payment references remain pending until verified by the administrator.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the system, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful content, interfere with other companies, or use the service for illegal activities.

Service changes

Features, plans, pricing, modules, and integrations may be updated to improve the service or comply with operational requirements.
